Needs to be filled in and sent to me at least 1 month prior to your wedding. You also need your Birth Certificate or Passport and any legal papers e.g.. Divorce. Dept of Parks & Wildlife Form
You need this if you wish to marry on or in the National Parks areas including the Beaches. This is for the West side Beaches and Coral Bay. |

Marriage Certificate Form from Births Death and Marriages
If you wish to change your name you will need this form. Information for Spouse Visa
You will need a letter from me stating when and where your marriage is to take place. I am happy to provide such but need your Notice of Intention to Marry and Deposit first. |

Shortening of Time to get Married ( less than the 1 Month) needed for the Notice of Intention to Marry. Yes you can shorten the time but need to have it approved by the relevant authorities. There are reasons for allowing this e.g.. travel, sickness etc.
